Seuramaksu 2023-24
FC Kontun toimintavuosi on marras-lokakuu. Seuramaksu laskutetaan marras-joulukuussa ja helmi-maaliskuussa. Seuramaksu sisältää seuran jäsenmaksun 30€. Pelaajan lopettaessa seurassa erääntyneet maksut pitää maksaa.Uudet pelaajat
Uudet pelaajat voivat tutustua joukkueen toimintaan maksutta kahden viikon ajan. Jos pelaaja päättää jäädä joukkueeseen on pelaajan tai huoltajan siitä ilmoitettava joukkueenjohtajalle kokeilujakson jälkeen. Aloittaneen pelaajan seuramaksut laskutetaan aikaisintaan 14 päivää siitä, kun pelaajan tiedot on viety jäsenrekisteriin ja laskun maksuaika on 14 päivää laskutuspäivästä.
Alennukset
Kun perheestä on mukana seuran joukkuetoiminnassa useampia lapsia, myönnetään junioripelaajan 250 € pelaajamaksusta alennusta. Pelaajamaksu alenee siten, että vanhin lapsista maksaa täyden maksun, seuraavaksi vanhimmalle tulee 50 € alennus ja tätä nuoremmille sisaruksille alennus on 100 € koko vuoden maksusta. Sisaralennusta myönnetään toukokuuhun asti liittyneille pelaajille. Alennukseen ei huomioida aikuisjoukkueissa pelaavia, aloittavien juniori-ikäluokkien tai lasten kerhotoimintaan osallistuvia perheenjäseniä.
Varusmies- ja siviilipalvelusalennus: pelaaja vapautetaan 75 % seuramaksusta sen toimintakauden ajalta, jolloin palvelusaika alkaa. Jäsenmaksu maksetaan normaalisti. Joukkueenjohtaja ilmoittaa varusmies- ja siviilipalvelun aloittavat henkilöt seuralle marraskuun alussa ennen seuramaksun laskuttamista.
Joukkueen toimintamaksu
Seuramaksun lisäksi joukkueet laskuttavat oman toimintamaksun. Joukkueen maksuista löytyy tieto jokaisen joukkueen omalta sivulta.
Pelaajan lopettaminen
Kun pelaaja lopettaa joukkueessa
1. Lopettamisesta ilmoitetaan sähköpostilla joukkueenjohtajalle
2. Joukkuemaksun maksuvelvollisuus päättyy lopettamisilmoitusta seuraavan kuukauden loppuun
Toimihenkilöjäsenet
Seuran joukkueiden toiminnassa mukanaolevien toimihenkilöiden tulee olla seuran jäseniä. Seuran jäsenenä sinulla on mahdollisuus osallistua seuran järjestämään toimintaan, osallistua seuran järjestämiin koulutuksiin ja kantaa seuran edustusasua. Jäsenenä sinulla on myös oikeus osallistua seuran päätöksentekoon seuran vuosikokouksissa. Jäsenenä sitoudut noudattamaan seuran sääntöjä.
Toimihenkilön jäsenmaksu on 30 euroa vuodessa.
Kannattajajäsenyys
Jäsen voi olla yksityishenkilö (vanhemmat, isovanhemmat, kummit, ystävät, naapurit, yms.) tai yritys. Kannatusjäsenmaksusta maksetaan seuran tukirahastoon henkilöjäsenen maksusta 10 € ja yritysjäsenen maksusta 50 €. Loppu maksetaan kannattajajäsenen ilmoittamalle joukkueelle.
Membership and payments - In English
Club fee 2023–24
FC Kontu's fiscal year is from November to October. The club fee is charged in November/December and February/March. The club fee includes a membership fee of 30€. When the player leaves the football club they have to pay the unpaid invoices.
New players
The new players can explore the team's activities for two weeks without payment. If the player decides to stay in the team the player or the guardian has to inform the manager after the two-week free trial. The new player's club fee is invoiced at the earliest 14 days after the player's information is taken to the membership register. After the club fee invoice is sent there are 14 days to pay counting from the invoice date.
Discounts
When a family ha more than one child at the football club, a discount is granted for the junior player's 250 € club fee. The player fee gets smaller with the following logic. The oldest child is going to pay the full 250 € club fee, the second oldest is going to get a 50 € discount from the club fee and the siblings younger than that are all getting a 100 € discount from the fiscal year's payments. The sibling discount is granted for the players that are staying in the team until May. The discount doesn't take into account the players in the adult teams, the beginning age group's junior teams or the family members attending the club activities.
Military service and alternative civilian service discount: The player gets 75% discount from the club fee from the fiscal year when the service starts. Operating fee is paid normally. The team manager informs the football club about the players starting the military service and alternative civilian service in the beginning of the November, before the club fee's invoice is sent to the player starting the military service or alternative civilian service.
Team’s operating fee
In addition to the club fee the teams are going to sen theri own invoices about the operating fee. The information avout the operating fee is found from the team's own website.
Player’s resignation
When player leaves the team
1. The information about leaving the team is informed through email for the team manager.
2. The operating fee's paying obligation ends at the end of the month following the notice of leaving the team.
Administrator members
The administrators that are part of the team's activity have to be members of the football club. As a member of the football club, you have a chance to participate in the football club's activities, training and wear the football club's team uniforms. As a member you have also a right to participate in the football club's decision making at its yearly meeting. As a member you are committed to following the football club's rules.
Administrators' membership fee is 30 € per year.
Associate membership
A member can be a private person (parents, grandparents, godparents, friends, neighbours etc.) or company. Of the private person's membership 10 € goes to the football club's support fund and 50 € from the company's membership fee. The rest of the membership fee goes to the team that associate member chooses.
